Civinte is a luxury home fragrance and body care company offering candles, room & linen sprays, reed diffusers, body care products, gift cards, and fragrance experiences including our Candle Bar.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website or purchase our products.
3. Product Information
We strive to accurately display product descriptions, colors, fragrances, and images. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, labels, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.
Fragrance perception varies from person to person.
4. Product Safety
Customers agree to use all products according to the instructions provided.
Candles
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
- Trim wicks before each burn.
- Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
Room & Linen Sprays
- Intended for use on fabrics and in the air only.
- Avoid spraying directly into eyes or on skin.
- Test fabrics before use.
Body Care Products
Our body care products are intended for external use only.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Customers with allergies or sensitive skin should review ingredient lists prior to use.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Although we carefully select our ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use.
6. Orders

- Inventory shortages
- Suspected fraud

If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Civinte is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, used items cannot be returned unless defective.
10. Candle Bar Experiences
By participating in any Candle Bar experience, guests acknowledge that:
- Working with warm wax requires following all staff instructions.
- Civinte is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
- Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to equipment or property.
Private event policies, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the booking agreement.
11. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are non-refundable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- Are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Product names
- Photography
- Graphics
- Videos
- Product descriptions
- Branding
- Designs
are the exclusive property of Civinte and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civinte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
